I would not say that it was the best experience that I have had but the employees were friendly and did a good job. I see the negative reviews and I am sure that these experiences are genuine but that is not true for me. My daughter and I were walk ins. They took us right away. I had to wait a bit but was happy to soak my feet while they started on my daughter. Great job on the pedicure and the polish.

My daughter and I stayed from 2:57 PM - 3:54 PM, with our feet in cold water and no one saying a thing to us since pouring the water. I gave plenty of time before leaving and going to another place. When i first came, i didn't think they were that busy; however, as others were getting their nails done, services changed and they asked for last minute ad-ons and they didn't turn it down. We were never checked on, not even the temp of the water. Although when we left, someone said they were sorry, we were never given an expectation of when we'd have been served. By time we left, I still wasn't sure.

This place is the best I went in to get my nails done and asked for a yin yang on my nails with Crome in the background and Lisa did amazing I totally recommend this place to everyone. This is the best nail place in Utah they have Gel/Shellac Nail Polish, Acrylic, Dipping Powder, and Chrome Nails. The customer service is Excellent and the price is cheap compared to all the other nail salons that do a horrible job.

Went in to get pedicures with my husband and had a very disappointing experience. I asked for a flower painted and they had to ask three different people to do it then it was finally done very poorly didn't even look like a flower ( never had a problem) . They even had to remove what the first nail tech put on because they were putting on nail polish when it was supposed to be shellac but the first nail tech wouldn't listen or understand me. I feel like I could have done a better job myself. I used to like this place years ago , very sad won't be coming back since it's so close to me.

My mother and I went in for pedicures. We both started at the same time, my gal was great, she was thorough and nice. Did a great job. The gal that did my mom was a different story. She finished my mom 15 minutes earlier then me and didn’t do a good job. You could see where she filed well and where she didn’t. She tried to tell us there are so many times she could file the same spot but she barely did it at all on the outer half of my moms foot. Also, while doing the pedicure she stopped everything to take a phone call and barely paid attention to anything after that started. She remained on the call for the remainder of our appt. When we complained they pretty much said oh well. The manager/owner? Brian Gave us $5 off and said have a good day. I used to go there regularly but I won’t be now. There are better places with better service.
