I wanted to wait at least a week to give an honest review. I was satisfied with the customer service I had received! My nail tech was awesome and VERY outgoing, she was also very friendly and good at her job! Very steady hand I may say! BUT I’m disappointed at the fact that it’s only been 8 days and my nails have cracked and chipped. I work from home mostly on the computer, I do workout but I don’t think that would have been the reason why they chipped/cracked so much within a week. I have never had this happen, then again I’ve only had a handful of manicures, usually I do shellac for that reason and also because my nails split very easily from the sides. I have done acrylic a few times but prefer shellac. At this point I’ve had to trim two of my nails because my hair got caught on the shellac but also split my nail. I don’t understand what went wrong or why they started to chip very quickly, all I know is that I’ve never experienced this and hope my next set doesn’t chip as easily when I go back and if I do. 4 stars for customer service because she honestly made me feel so welcomed and really did do a good job.

Husband and I went to get mani and pedis and i got shellac on my nails. I haven't had the opportunity to make a review earlier but now I just had to give a review because they are just getting worse and I am fuming. This is day 10 and the shellac is already coming off. These are supposed to last AT LEAST 3 weeks. I am so upset. I've gotten shellac done elsewhere and it did no chip as fast as this time. I just moved here and decided to try this place but wish I went elsewhere . Ladies, I don't even wash dishes. This should not be happening! The top part where my cuticles are , are coming off as well so my hair is getting stuck and getting pulled when I run my fingers through my hair. 😒

Very clean location. Friendly staff. Roxanne did an amazing job. I will definitely be back.

Super Friendly and a very clean environment. Patty outdid herself....love my nails. Highly recommend.
