Horrific experience today. My nails are crooked, lumpy, extremely thick, and different lengths. I have never seen such a bad job. The tall Asian guy did my nails. There is no way he is licensed to put on acrylic. I told him they were messed up, but he spoke little English and didnt fix them, even though they were beyond repair. I am going to have to go to a different salon and get them taken off they look so bad. I will never step foot in that place again. I recommend you don't either!

Not pleased with my manicure/pedicure experience.
Half trimmed nails, raw spot on foot from exfoliating.
I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had an appt for a holiday weekend that was made a week in advance. When i arrived i was told i had to wait 45 minutes because they had people ahead of me with appts They had obviously made more appts than they had room or staff to accommodate. I left and drove to Richmond where i was seen in 15 min without an appt. They obviously chose how much money they could make over respect for those with appts. I will never go there again poor business choice on their part
