Nicely decorated and friendly enough staff. However, when they are busy the quality of their work is severely impacted. My daughter asked the older gentleman kindly to even out the length of her nails, as one hand was noticeably longer than the other. He did file them some however as he completed his work they were still very much uneven. We will not go back to this salon, the decor is not work the less than average work they put out.

I have been going to this LA Nails for over 15 years. I see Cindy almost every time. She is the BEST! She is so gentle and careful and THOROUGH with what she does. She takes so much care! I used to get acrylic nails, but developed an allergy, so she switched me to gel nails. After about 5 years, I started to develop an allergy to that, too. She helped me grow back my natural nails, which genetically will never be perfect, but are so much better now. Then the invention of the gel polish came along. After a few months, I also developed an allergy to THAT! I am still recovering from the effects of the allergic reactions, but she is getting my fingers and toes back in shape and is so attentive to the regrowing of one of the worst hit toe nails. I will never go to anyone else. Cindy is AMAZING!

I got an acrylic full set with gel polish and was charged $50. I didnt mind paying the $50 but the acrylic set was done soooo bad by the older man in there, it was the worst full set i have ever gotten(i added a photo).
After the man was done I wanted them to fix my nails but they wanted me to wait for the same man to fix them. Why would i want the same person who messed up my nails to do them again?
They also charged my card $3 without my permission. They dont have set prices and claim they go by “the length” to determine the price. The lady in there said i shouldnt pay attention to their pricing board and that the shorter the nails are the more expensive it will be?...

I was very worried about going here because of the reviews but it was the only place open on Sunday and I wanted my nails done. They were very accommodating and nice since we came in 40 min before close and asked if they had time to do a full set. They said yes but suggested we do gel since it would dry faster. I didn't want gel but I was okay with getting it since we came in at an inconvenient time. They kind of rushed us through figuring out what we wanted but again it was all to make sure we could get done in time. My nails came out perfect and I would go again. It was a little pricey but if say it was worth it they knew what they were doing

Older gentleman spent 25 minutes on my gel manicure only to make horrible mistakes. The top clear coat was wavy, nails shaped unevenly, and color missing in areas. The owner spent 15 minute correcting the issue, but it was the wrong color and still had flaws. No apologies given. I spent $30 plus $10 tip on less than quality care.
