They do a great job if you're a walk-in. In my experience, unfortunately, making an appointment was a joke. Considering it takes about 45 mins to complete a full set, as an on time customer with an appointment, I shouldn't have to wait a half hour or more to receive service. I waited 25 mins and as I was walking out the one woman said it'd only be 5 more mins.. Umm I might as well have just been a walk in.

The staff was very friendly. There was a wait, but that isn't always a bad thing. I did happen into the shop during lunch hours. Amanda did my nails and was fixing a previous manicure in which the gel was too thick and the shape all wrong. She smoothed the gel and re shaped them beautifully. There were many "regulars" having services performed, so this tells me that they hold their clientele. Overall, good experience. I will frequent their shop again.
