I went in to get a gel manicure. The nail technician was nice but seemed to be inexperienced when it came to gel manicures. She was very rough when cutting the cuticles and not waiting until they were soft. I kept asking her for a square tip and she gave me a round tip after telling her multiple times what I wanted.
She did not apply the color on my entire nail leaving the sides of my nails visible. It has been only 6 days and the gel is starting to peel off.
Very disappointing as I have been going back to Amy’s nails for 20 years. When I called to see if an experienced technician could redo my nails it seemed like they didn’t have time or could do it when I had availability.
Never again will I go there.

This is the best nail salon in Escondido. Their work is perfect and it lasts. I've been going there for years, and would never change. Tiffany is my nail artist, but everyone is excellent.

Everytime I have come here to get my nails done (only 3 times have I stopped in because I’ve seen great reviews ) it’s always about 1 hour and 1/2 before they close and she always says she can not see me or is unavailable but it’s always empty in this place it’s doesn’t make sense I will never come here again. Very Disappointed
