HORRIBLE salon and unfriendly staff. MAN ON CHAIR 3 really was painful and kept poking my nail and I had to tell him “OUCH” so he can stop and kept doing it.... THEN
I told them what I wanted and the first thing the guy does on chair 3 was the total opposite. I had to repeat myself 3 times and show him a picture of how long I wanted the nail length but he insisted to just nod his head. Lady on chair 2 had an attitude when I told her what was wrong I would figured she would be helpful. Also suggested to pay even more to take off the nails and redo. I will never recommend this place I sat there soaking my nails for 30 mins to take them off because the guy wasn’t paying attention to what I asked for. Instead they were all just talking and laughing, what a joke of a business is this, you’re in a mall you’re supposed to greet and be concerned to your customers. Never again will I come back. Very unprofessional!
Also I understand if you don’t speak English but please hire someone to translate ... your business needs it!

Absolutely loved my pedi and the customer service was amazing! Very happy with my visit!

Was a nice experience, she did forget a tip one one finger so it would be as long as my natural nails, but they still look so nice. Will go back again.

Young lady named Crystal was very sweet and did an amazing job on my nails and I will be coming back to see her for sure

Took my daughter and her nails first looked pretty we had acrylic and they did a gel overlay. It was more than they said but I was more upset when after several hours my daughters nails bubbled up. I'm have never seen this happen or even heard of it. Wasted 75 and would not reccomend this place.
