What a great experience this place is time and time again for me! It is such bargain for the person who loves frequent pampering as well students getting experience needed for the outside world.

I have been coming here on and off for over 25 years and have had many fabulous aestheticians in training do an amazing job on facials. I would choose this school to have facials any day. It is true the ambiance is not like a fancy spa but you are not paying the big prices those spas charge. Their products are very good as well.

Worst customer service ever ! I was talked down to because I did not show up to my tour appointment. After apologizing, I tried to reschedule. I was interrogated for not showing up. Regardless of my inability to show up due to personal emergency, they failed to speak to me in a professional manner. When I spoke to the owner, she justified her employees behavior by stating that I did not show up. AGAIN refusing to address the unprofessional language And lack of compassion that I received. When attempting to voice my concerns, she shut me down and dismissed me because "she can". This is unacceptable and the passive aggressive nature of the school will be talked about, I will make sure of this. Please save your money and go somewhere with professional history and credibility. They truly need to humble themselves and practice the basic values of communication, and Integrity, and compassion. I fear that if they talk to the wrong person/student they might be in a lot of trouble with them or find themselves in a tough situation. They need someone to teach them a lesson and to be humbled down.

I attended Aesthetics Northwest Institute in 2015 and it was one of the best learning experiences I have ever had. Having been in the workforce for many years I wasn't really interested in doing the whole "college thing"; after visiting every school in Seattle I decided to go to ANI and I LOVED it! The course is straight to the point and very in depth. I love the staff; it's a very close knit place. The classes are very small and you're able to get a lot of one on one time with your instructors and ask a lot of questions. I felt like they were always concerned with me knowing the information and prepared me WELL to take the State Board Exam. I got the opportunity to work with many clients which gave me real world experience as well. After I graduated they still sat down and walked through everything I needed to do before my state board exam which was great because they went the extra mile to see me succeed. To this day I still have a relationship with them. They're always posting jobs and positions for students and keep in touch after you leave. I absolutely adore Aesthetics Northwest Institute and would recommend it to anyone who is interested in going into the skin care field.

The person on the phone was rude to me. He had an undertone of attitude and aggression. I was just asking a couple of questions. It seems as though they do not cater to inquiring potential students. I definitely will look elsewhere to go to aesthetics school.
