I've came here twice, I don't think I'd come again. I came in for a refill on my acrylic nails, Tina was my nail technician both times. She refilled my nails and I left looking like I needed a refill. I'm not sure why she doesn't want to drag the paint all the way to the nail bed. I even asked her to, and she got mad and only did one nail out of the 9 she needed to redo.
Also, my nails were different sizes; the nail length on my right hand did not even resemble the length on my left hand. And when I asked her to fix it and showed clearly how every single nail didn't match with the other hand, she got mad and didn't fix it.
I've been getting my nails done for years, and this was just absurd. Will not be coming back again.

The pure lux specialist who took care of me (and truthfully fixed my nails) was truly a master of his craft. My nail are both luxurious and natural looking - I can’t wait to come back!

I’m in love with my toes! Never ever getting acrylics here. Horrible just not satisfied. She tried to “fix it” and only did one nail. Like if she was rushing. I wanted them long and she did it the length she wanted to. 👎🏾👎🏾

After a long work week I come to PureLuxe for the first time and had the best manicure and pedicure experience EVER! Greeted promptly by the staff and shown to my nail tech's station. Angelina was her name and she was extremely proffesional and friendly. We chatted the entire time and I was served a hot green tea and it was perfect for the chilly weather. I recieved a full set and pedicure that evening. After finishing my full set to PERFECTION I went to the pedicure area where I was pampered further. I wish I'd gotten the tech's name but she was delightful as well and the service was amazing she gave an incredible foot massage and maintenance. This salon surpassed all my expectations down to the tools being freshly sterilized, clean and neat polish station. I'd recommend Pureluxe to anyone looking for a stellar spa day !!! They have gained a loyal customer 😍😍

The owner (some guy) who works there seems like he's really mean to his employees. It's hard to watch so I stopped coming by here. Also one the employees is really bad at doing my nails and I would always end up with her. I go across the street now.
