First I got there and they let someone else go before me. Then, the girl did a horrible job on my nails. She rushed and I didn’t even have to wash my hands at all. She skipped steps and some of my nails are uneven. Some are really sharp around the edges, I’ve been a going there for over 2 yrs and this is the second time I was treated unfairly. I will not be going back. Sorry Alex, but your workers shouldn’t be rushed. Ever!!!!!

My daughter and I had previously gotten our nails done at another shop here in Cottage Grove and were very unhappy with the quality of the work done. We came in here the day before Easter and they did a wonderful job and managed to fix them with minimal work. Everyone was very nice and polite and shared a smile with everyone coming through the door.....
Update... Don't trust it, the quality's all over the map each time you go just like their prices. Don't let your teenager go alone the prices will jump through the roof. Stop trying to rob people. Despicable. To many nail salons around to put up with that kind of behavior.

I have gone too pretty nails for years and have now just recently decided to stop going, I have been very disappointed lately with the service, my nails barley last and it feels rushed, prices are inconsistent. I went in to fix 1 nail that I broke, other times have been free and was charged $5 for 1 nail most recently. the man/manger “fixed” my nail , I usually try to avoid him because he does not do a great job, very distracted and not the best work. This nail is long, lumpy and unlike the others. I will be finding my moneys worth elsewhere.

I went with my sister, Samantha Dalbec, per her recommendation and we were instantly greeted with smiles! Alex is very knowledgeable and really does an excellent job! I will definitely be a regular client.
