I selected a star because it is the lowest I could give. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. I just did basic manicure and pedicure. Nails were not soaked in water to soften the skin for removal. The cuticle was not completely cleaned and he had to do it again about he heard me talk to my relative about it. The application of the polish was horrible as if they pored it on my nails, so it flowed over onto my skin and she had to repeat the toe nail and two finger nails to correct that. Most importantly, they continued to speak in their language and I had uncomfortable feeling that they were talking about me after I mentioned something about their technique. As we were paying, I mentioned that I was not happy with the service, they replied OK. They could have asked how they could make it up to me, offer a discount, or a coupon for next time. There will NOT be a next time even if they offer me a free manicure or pedicure. I say, they are not a bargain so do not seek them. Also, they were eating breakfast in the service area, so you could smell food. They were not friendly as if they did not care if you come back. This service might survive but not by repeat loyal customers; I expect the turn over is high. And, by the way, the guy doing my figure nails was aggressive not accepting my feedback. I wanted to talk to the manager but I realized it will not help because of his reaction to my note about not using water soak. I hope the owner is professional enough to cares enough more about customer service than profit.

Been here a few times, always satisfied. Not to mention they are the only nail salon open at 10am, which is so convenient.

I am a frequent customer here, it is so close and convenient. Plus you an stop at Starbucks and sip on your drink while getting your nails done. I recommend making an appointment ahead of time especially after 5:00.

I asked them to ONLY paint and do a manicure on my 14 year olds nails and I go to pick her up and they put nail dip powder. Very disappointed they did not listen... Everyone needs to report them to the BBB that is what I'm doing they should not be allowed to practice with all these complaints.

It's really nice in the inside and they actually run the AC. This would probably be the reason why they charge a lot for services. Friendly people but sometimes it's awkwardly quite.
