I went here because my normal place was closed for the day, and I had a nail emergency I'm giving 2 stars because the nails themselves don't look bad .The gentleman was nice and shaped my coffin very well. I'm giving 2 stars because the place is a joke. First of all, I was playing musical chairs with another customer .the gentleman would do file my nails, make me get up, sit back down, have another person get up, work on her nails, then when finished, have me come back and work on the next step. I was there for almost 2 hours. The place looks so dirty. Unwashed (looking) rags, the hair color quality looked so cheap. Although, the waxing did look like it was a good quality. The lady who painted my nails..... I got gel acrylics. She pained all but the thumb on my right hand, then on my left had pained ONLY 2 NAILS and then I put my hands under the light. Then she pained the rest of my hand when it was done. It took so freaking long to do it that way I have no idea why it would possibly be better to do.it that way. They charged 36 for everything at the end. I'm usually a great tipper, as I have worked in the tipping industry .but I just couldn't not bring myself to.tip. if you are so busy that you can't take another walk in, just say so. (And yes I asked how long the wait was when I first got there.) Awful experience. But yet, the gentleman was fast, and did do a decent job on my nails. He was nice and friendly. I wish he would work for someone else .

I've been going here for 15 years. They give great manicures and pedicures. Their prices are very fair there's a large parking lot it's handicap friendly and a restroom to use if you're there. Very friendly staff very accommodating and they do a good job. Haircuts and color as well.

My 1st time and last time going to this place. The older guy did my nails, I got a gel manicire with my natural nails. He did a terrible job, because the the gel they use is so cheap he had to do like 4 coats. I get that I've gone to places that had to use 3 before and the surface was smooth and flat. My nails were were bulky in places and flat in others. I wanted to cry, I was so angry. I complained and they offered me either to take them off or I not pay for them. I chose the for free even though they were bad to me and it was also after closing. But I now regret that decision and should have had them take it off. They stayed on for over 1 month. I think he used what they use on acrylics. Anyway he straight trashed all my nailbeds. I won't be going back and will warn everyone. I didn't check the reviews before going, I should have. I see others have had similar experiences.

I have been going here for over a year, and Hanna has been doing my nails, yesterday when I got off work, Hanna wasn't there so I went ahead and let the guy do it, it was about 6:00, they close at 7, I told him , and showed him a picture of exactly what I wanted, he did my fill then handed me of to "Linda" to do the gel, the acrylic was sloppy work, and then when she did the gel she made it even sloppier, I payed 32$ for a HORRIBLE job!! Afterwards I went with my friend to nail place next to smart and Final, and they did my toes, and fixed my nails for the same amount I paid at Joe's, and they did a WAY WAY WAY, better job, unless Hanna is there, I will never go bk, hope this helps!! 😊
