I have been going to Helen for past couple years. I’m not a once a month nail person but when I get Pedi’s this is where I always go! End of July I got French gel on my toes. Due to crazy schedule with work and home I was way over due to have gel taken off/pedi. My gel was perfect this whole time besides my nails growing out. Helen never says anything about being overdue or my condition of my feet. She is the absolute best and give a great leg/foot massage. I have always felt welcome by her and during this time of Covid, safe as well! I work in a dental office and I have always noticed infection control EVERYWHERE, even before COVID. I love the fact the salon does not have a TV! So nice to sit back relax and listen to soft music. So happy to have found Helen and this salon 😍

Customer service skills are terrible they don’t interact with you and they’re just plain rude. My boyfriend scheduled us mani’s and pedi’s, but refused to sit there and continue to be ignored. After we told them we only wanted the pedicure the woman finished my French manicure, snatched the toe separators, and proceeded to roughly pull down my pant leg. She was pulling so roughly that she scratched my leg and I made her stop. After that she got up and stormed away proceeding to help another customer. If you want to be disrespected, pay outrageous prices for poor service, and have sloppy and chunky French tips then go here.

I'm new to town and this was the first nail salon that I've tried. The service was great! They were polite and I love my nails! Also, they're conveniently located and I'll be back.

it was absolutely amazing the women was beyond nice and gorgeous i highly recommend going to this nail spa. 10/10

Two stars because I thought they painted my nails very well and employees seem very friendly, but I went here with a friend and we asked for the same thing yet got different treatments. There is also a lack of sanitation during COVID 19, The feet soaking bin is not lined nor is it sanitized after use (meaning that whomever sat there before you their germs are present). Not to mention an employee used a tool on me and then proceeded to hand the tool to another employee to use on another customer without sanitizing between uses (sounds like a health code violation....). The massage chair was broken and had holes in it and when we asked someone to show us how to work it (because it wasn’t moving) the employees stated that they don’t know how to use it either. Attached is a photo after 1 hour after the pedicure showing that they didn’t fully get the dead skin off of my feet on the side of my toes which is the main reason I get pedicures as an athlete. Won’t return and won’t recommend.
