So i came here while on vacation in San Diego and me and my sister and I got a pedicure and manicure here. first off they took about 45 min to even get started on us ok understandable it was busy. When they finally got started they rushed on through our services and when they finish it looked a bit messy but they had already taken up half of my day so I leave a couple hours later my nails start to fade and change colors when I always get gel polish and it never looks like this.

I just got my nails done here today. Removal of an old set and a full set. I was not happy with the service. The lady that helped me was so ROUGH removing my old set now may nails hurt they(even the owner) couldn't find the color I chose. She did do a good job with removing my cuticle but that was $5. One of the nail tips was placed so crooked, I let her know but she didn't fix it. All she would tell me is "later, I fix later" I told her over and over again that the nails were misshapen. And then when I get home the nails from the opposite hand were not the same length.
Ladies save your money and go elsewhere.

I got my nails done yesterday and they’re already chipped. I gave two stars anyways because my lady was so sweet and the customer service was perfect. My cuticles weren’t cut, the skin around my nails were left alone, and again.. it was less than 24 hrs and my manicure chipped off. I got the most expensive pedicure option which included a “10 min Swedish foot massage” and didn’t get that. But again, my lady was super sweet and really nice so I just brushed that off. I’ve been here a few times now and I’m always just disappointed but I have no idea where else to go to!! I’m a San Diego newbie so I’m torn. I guess I’ll just learn how to do my own nails. ):

They do get busy. They offer different types of manicures (regular, gel, acrylics). Sometimes it feels like they are rushing to get to the next client.
