The guy Wang is very rude and unprofessional. I ask him how much he would charge me for a few design and he completely went off then start talking about me in his language to the other workers in the shop . Like I’m stupid and didn’t know he was talking about me. He over charge people and don’t expect you to ask him questions . He told me I was holding him up. I will never every step foot back in shop every again. I just started back getting my nails down and I see why I stop because bad business like this. They want your money but they give you poor customer service. We need to stop patronizing business like this.

A mess. They don't have good sanitary practices. I watched a Nail Tech put her hand to her mouth and bite her nails and back to working on a customer without washing her hands. I understand being short staffed as I work in healthcare and experienced this for the last 18 years of service. However, bouncing between customers to "soak them", "remove acrylic", and then back to working on a customer is something else that I also witnessed. The "natural dipped" that I asked for a week ago is already receding from the tips which mean my top coat was cured improperly. Straight up trash!

Mike does a good job. Just got in my business and didn't know what the hell he was talking about. Talking about he just playing .. No play with yours kids. This business..

The manager is mad disrespectful, DO NOT GO HERE!!! Save your business for someone who will appreciate it there are so many places in St. Louis to get your nails done absolutely by no means should you be giving these people your money.

I typically don’t do this, but my experience today was completely deplorable! I have patronized this establishment for quite some time, but after today I will not be returning. Today I was treated so rudely by the manager; who does the best nails by the way. I refuse to subject myself to poor service and pay for great nails! Valuing clients, their time and being respectful is important especially when we (clients) choose to patronize your business out of 300 others. Customer service is what sets your business apart from any other! I admonish you to invest in training programs that will assist your staff in improving in the area of customer service!
