So upset, just got off the phone with these people, because my nails all chipped off after only 24 hours! She said “that’s what you get for not choosing the right polish”! Really? 24 hours?! I asked nicely to let me please come in and have it fixed and she said that I can only come in RIGHT NOW, otherwise I have to pay. Today is the day before Christmas Eve, it’s the evening and the malls are FULL of people, and I have family in from out of town, so I told her I can come in after Christmas. She then tells me that I’ll have to pay for it if I don’t come right this instant!! Then proceeds to tell me “it’s not my problem you can’t make it right now”
I asked if she’d like to lose a loyal monthly customer and she then got off the phone left the phone off the line so when I call back it’s busy! I will NEVER refer anyone here and never go back. I don't understand how people can run a business like this

Love this Nail Salon and Spa. Have been going to Mary for 5 years for Mani and Pedis. She is the best, beautiful designs all hand painted.

Absolutely love this nail salon they are very professional very caring. They listen to your opinion on what you want and what you would like and they give you the best result that they possibly can and 99% of the time it's the best in San Diego in my opinion and the best for your dollar!

Have been going to Mary for 4 years. I do call and make an appointment as she has a large clientele. She has been doing nails for over 14 years. My nails look great, last for a long time, never lift and have never had a bad experience. She is always on time, professional and works very hard on her beautiful nail art designs. They just purchased new salon chairs for pedicures which are very comfortable and have many high tech features. I would recommend this salon and have to many of my friends.

I can just walk in, get wax, pedicure, manicure while in the mall. Nice work.
