8/3/2018 1:30 pm This was one of the worst experiences I went there to get my nails done, there was nobody there but one lady getting her feet done. first of all I waited for 30 minutes for the man to come out the back they offer me soda or something to drink, so I’m sitting there and I’m waiting he comes out the back attitude begins , not talking or anything so I’m still trying to talk with him and you know conversations an whatever so he pulls out the acrylic to do my nails,, it was so awful!!!!! I don’t know what it is about these nail shops in McKinney and Princeton that they just don’t take pride in their work You come out of there looking a mess fingers are ashy skin extra glue everywhere it was nasty and yes I took pictures and I’m posting them to their website. I will never go back there again. They where a mess...... see my pictures. 😡😡😡

I went to get my nails done here a couple days ago with my mother and talk about being rushed so they can attend other people! That’s what LA nails is good at. They did our pedis horrible & rushed, we both paid $35 for a 10 minute massage. Next our manicures, mine were still fine but not up to my expectations, my mothers on the other hand, bad. There were spots of the nails that weren’t completely covered with nexgen and glue everywhere!! Never going back, Fancy Nails down Eldorado is way much better and I cant believe I went to LA nails just because it was closer and we didn’t have enough time. Not worth it!!!

Terrible customer service. When I called in they said for a set of acrylic nails it would be 25 and a pedicure was 25. When we go the the register to ring up he tries to charge us 30 for the pedicure and 25 for the acrylic nails. I said I called in on the phone and said that who I spoke to said both services were 25$ Each. He goes to the back and then comes back saying that the pedicure is 25$ and the acrylic nails are 30$ because of the "length" and "shape" which he had not mentioned before. When my girlfriend was getting them done she did not ask for any special upgrades or extra packages that would incur the 5$. He said they were already cut like that and the only thing they could do is trim her nails more when we've already been her for 2 hours. Absolutely terrible customer experience and would not reccomend anyone to try it luxury nails is just down the street and they have way better service than this place for the same price.

Send my daughters there to get their nails done, they came out with a huge cut on one of her fingers and nails were all ugly. Very disappointed.
