What a lovely, well kept establishment. The owner and staff were so welcoming and personable. I absolutely loved my full set with Beautiful gel polish. This was my first time at Five Star Nails and I will definitely be returning for all my spa services. I went here yesterday for the first time and lee did my nails.thank you so much for taking your time and doing my nails absolutely PERFECT.i love them so much.i will be recommending this nail shop to everyone i know.the service was the best i had in a very long time.go see lee she was the best.

I just moved to Roseville and wanted a local place to do my nails. I tried the place by Cub and the place by Byerly's but my dip polish manicure never lasted from them. I needed a pedicure and this place was open late one evening. Oh, the hot towel massage on my feet, pink sparkly toes and a powder manicure that lasted 23 days! Since then, I've never gone anyplace else for both my dip powder manicure or pedicures. Le is very friendly, and I feel like I get great service done by skilled technicians. I haven't tried the massage service yet, but I plan to. The staff was also friendly to my daughters ages 6 & 10.

Awkward experience. Went with my best friend for a pedicure they started her first by the time she was done someone else came to start my pedicure. My water was luke warm by then, they didn’t take off any callus (which they charged my best friend to do), and they painted my toenails before the massage which just made it weird. Not very personable. Overall wouldn’t recommend.

👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 They have no loyalty to their current customers. I’ve been going there every two weeks because they are really close to my house and I give good tips. Every time I come and they are busy they tell you they can’t service you and say “sorry” in a not so friendly way, I've seen them do the same thing to multiple other people. They don’t know the first thing about customer retention. Terrible customer service.
