This place used to be fast, easy and inexpensive, so it was cool. Not anymore. The workmanship isn't great. My nails always break within a week of getting a new set, they raised their prices, so now it's not worth it. Twice now, I went in and they charged my card a different amount than usual without telling me first. Also, I made an appointment for a fill, they rushed through when walk- ins arrived, so my nails looked bumpy, caked pink nail polish, with old black nail polish from a previous set still showing on the sides, all around poor quality. I left without paying.They told me to come back and they would fix it. Why? I made the appointment so I would have a spot and not get rushed out for another patron. Which is what happened anyway. I didn't come back for six months about. When I decided to give it another shot, they charged my card for the previous mistake THEY made, again, without telling me. I went here for about six years...Not anymore, just not worth it....

My friend & I went to get a pedicure & possibly a manicure here. We came a little late so we asked them if they would mind doing a manicure, and they said it was no problem at all. There was a man and a woman. The woman did both of our pedicure, but the man did my hands and the woman did my friend's hands. We got gel on both hands and feet. The next day, my friends gel has peeled almost off all of her hands. She went in to get them redone (which is standard, I've had to get my gel manicure redone once or twice because the person did it incorrectly), and they refused. They blamed it on her nails being short (even though it peeled from the top & we have the same length nails, and tried to blame it on her nails being oily. When she tried to call to talk to them, they hung up. She went in person & read through the called ID trying to claim that she never called. My friend showed them her call log with their phone number & they told her she called the wrong place. Beware they won't fix anything they mess up!!
