Have been going here for years. Never had a bad experience! I treat myself to a pedicure maybe once a month. The polish actually lasts that long!!

Officially the worst nail shop I have ever been to. Never have I got my pedicure and they left nail polish on my toes. Meaning, they painted on my actual toe. I asked for them to clean it up a little because it was tacky. The man that was doing my pedicure was so rough and when I told him, it seemed like he got worst. I was just ready for it to be over. Will never go here again.

My husband has decided that we will not go back to patronize Bally Nails. After many years of going there, they have lost our business. Thank you.

Katie and Hannah are the best. I was recommended to this nail shop by my eye doctor. I’m never going anywhere else

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Went in on the Friday before Christmas to get my nails filled. Katie did my nails. First of all she acted like she didn’t even want to be there and when I asked if they had any other maroon colors she said she didn’t know. “I don’t feel like getting up and looking.” I wanted my ring fingers to be silver but she said gold looked better and I should do it. When we were testing she barely put the silver on and when she did the gold she made it thicker so it looked better. Not to mention the whole time she was doing my nails she was constantly stopping to text. After she finished I looked at them and told her I didn’t like them but she wasn’t paying attention because she was texting. My thumb wasn’t even completely covered and is chipped and I have gel. All she said was how much I owed her but didn’t care that I didn’t like them. I definitely won’t be going back and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
