Completely unprofessional. I booked an appointment with Scott, who flaked, apparently slept through his alarm for an 11 a.m. appointment. After spending hours trying to get in somewhere else, my one day to myself was ruined. When my concerned boyfriend tried to call today and explain the situation to the owner/manager (Scott's mom), she refused to state her name or position, was rude, unprofessional, and unconcerned. if you value your time, don't go here. If the management doesn't care about their customers, it's not a good sign.
