I used to go here for years when I was relaxed but once I was natural I stopped. I tried to get a particular braided style & was told I couldn't get it because my hair was natural. She was rude & complained about my thick natural hair (which was blown out to help with styling). So I walked out & I went to NaNa's who did the style with no problem. Multiple other natural haired ladies were in there who told me they stopped going to Jenny's over her treatment of people with natural hair.

Normally I love going to Jenny’s to get my hair braided, but this time was the final straw. One of the older ladies did my box braids and they look and FEEL TERRIBLE.
My scalp is bleeding and I can not sleep. I told her several times that she was pulling entirely too hard and she kept pushing my hair anyway. On top of that she kept messing up so she would yank my hair take it down and yank my hair again. The bottom part of the braids are burned too much and they are falling off. Also the parts are just all over the place, they aren’t neat at all, they are all different sizes and just all over my head. I am taking these out after just two days because the pain is unbearable and they look horrible. I will Not be returning to Jenny’s again. I am disappointed in this visit and upset about money lost, but I’d rather have all my hair follicles in tack and be able to sleep at night.

My hair was mediocre but they make you feel comfortable whilenyour there.

I use to only go here to get my hair braided. I went in this morning and I didn't like the way the conversation went. I just wanted to know can you braid my hair with this short length and style it, Yes or No. Maybe she didn't understand but she knows how to get slick and smart then talk to her staff in their language. If she didn't understand me say some don't get smart. JENNYS DO NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ME ANYMORE.

I was really disappointed with my braids. The two ladies had me is so much pain until I could not take it. Then with all the loud talking, none stop, all in your ears the hair tech have going on while doing your hair is crazy. I am really sad I waited my money.
