This use to be my favorite nail salon. They definitely tend to regulars. Tina is by far the best nail tech and wish I would have made an appointment with her and wouldn’t be writing this negative review. The man with sleeve of tattoos literally made my cuticles bleed 3 times! Today I had a young lady who I’ve never seen before and she only filed half of my foot all without putting on the protective gel. Also my nails were filed in a square (I asked rounded) and had to point out how uneven they were to her. She was obviously rushing as she told me she needed to go to the store and now “wouldn’t have time”. Very unhappy with service lately.

Lovely Nails was recommended by many members of my Addison eGroup Facebook community. Amy, the owner and Bom were specifically recommended. Amy was not available today so Bom did my fill in and I was not disappointed!
Bom was friendly, professional and actually took the time to ask me what I wanted which I so appreciated!
I relocated to Addison on July 4, 2018 and tried two other salons which were sub par so I have been driving an hour one way to my former salon. It is so hard to find a nail tech who you really like. I would say just as hard as finding a good hairdresser and Bom did not disappoint!
The salon itself is very clean and has a cute layout. They offer a selection of beverages and have A TON of polish options.
I will definitely be going back.

I went to lovely nails 2 or 3 times, I had a good experience with them only once when I wanted just to paint my nails (no chip color). The second time they didn’t do a good job at painting, it was uneven. The third time I finally decided to have manicure and pedicure. They gave me an old lady, who didn’t speak English or understand me. She was not even going to do my cuticles and around toenails until I asked for it twice. Somehow they do cut out the edges of toenails that leads to ingrown nails, I was shocked, but the damage is already done. I had no massage which I hoped to get the whole time, just a slight touching putting the lotion on. As for manicure: I have my own nails and they just ruin the shape and everything else using they rough files, I asked for a fine one, but the lady didn’t understand me. Manicure was bad too, the color was uneven, it was around my nails and under them. When I got home, I had to cut all the skin around my nails myself, and believe me it was a lot, also I filed my nails a little bit. I was charged $58, left $70, but I will never do manicure or pedicure there again. Guys, I do everything myself at least 10 times better. Probably that place has only a couple good technicians, who speak English, the rest of them are just a shame.

Asked directly for paraffin and paid extra and the girl that got it didn’t even know how to use it. If you paying extra and explain what I like the experience shouldn’t be a hassle

I just called to make an adjustment to my nail appointment I originally needed a fill for me and a full set for my mom and all my nails fell off during a week in a half period and they refused to do my full set cause “no time” very disappointed
