I walked in today around 3 pm to get a polish change. Nobody said a single word to me. I signed in, and finally a lady said, what do you want. I told her just a polish change, she just said it will be 20 minutes and never looked back up. Didn’t say to pick a polish or anything. I sat there and waited 30 minutes and just left. Went to Lee Nails at Regency where they welcomed me, got me right in and gave me a glass of wine. Yeah, lesson for the day, Herbal Nails is a joke. I’ll never waste my time there again.

Went Saturday afternoon and asked how long the wait would be. “A few minutes” became a half hour before they took a girl that came in after me. I left for good.

This is a one time post of a 2. Ive been going here for 10+ yrs. My normal, awesome lady, was not there yesterday, 6/26/18. A man, I've never seen there, did my nails. Never again. He started my SNS nails by grinding my nail surface. When I asked him questions, he told me, "Dont worry about it." I was told be another girl, who I've never seen, "Eveyone does things different." Well, NO!! THATS WHY I GET SNS. I don't want my nail surface messed up. Nails were cut too short. Again filing them too hard. (Lisa normally does my nails. She is wonderful!! 5+ for her.)

Went there recently for a wax for my 1st visit. I asked for a lip and chin wax and some older woman there (maybe the owner??) starts laughing and running around talking in another language (laughing the whole time) and at least 8 or 9 times thru this whole thing she would say lip and chin in English. Did she think this was funny or was there maybe a little something stronger in her afternoon tea?? Any way I get the wax pay for it (left a nice tip) and then asked if they had any kind of pamphlet or brochure or anything that showed what kind of other services they have and plus I wanted to check out their pricing. I was told they had none. If they have none then does that mean they can charge any price for any service? So I leave and the older woman is behind me glaring at me laying on a couch. Maybe she is getting ready for another cup of tea? So I leave the establishment feeling a bit strange cause I did not feel welcome there at all. Oh by the way I check my lip and chin area and there is still many fine hairs left on my face so now I have to go somewhere else and get it done again. So besides being weird and not very nice they are horrible at face waxing. I will be spending my money elsewhere from now on at a more professional Salon. I would recommend going somewhere else. There are so many nail places that do nails and waxing that you can pick and choose ladies and gentlemen. If you feel you really want to go there or keep going there find out what kind of tea they drink.
