I went here for a pedicure and the lady cleaned my feet well however they over charged me because I had a gift card the pedicure was 79.00 and they charged 93.00 i would never go there again. Dont think they like multi cultural people.

Very nice spa but it can get a little crowded and noisy. Best to make an appointment when they first open.

I had read Yelp reviews and seen a wide range of opinions. I was prepared for it to be pricey. I think that I went in with realistic expectations.
The pedicure I had was ordinary and overpriced. You pay for a very nice environment, but the service was no different that I would have gotten at a cheaper spa elsewhere, like half the price. My intent was to get a foot treatment for dry, peeling skin, I selected the $55 sea salt scrub. Why is it so difficult to find a place that will talk to the customer about what they want or need, or to get a treatment that is customized to the individual? For $55 I want to be asked "is there anything special you want me to pay attention to?" instead of a service provider who grunts and taps my feet and points instead of talking to me.
I didn't give just one star because the pedicure wasn't "bad", it was just ordinary, and the physical space was very nice, but I can't give more than that because for $55 I'm looking for a personal, customized service rather than feeling like I'm on a conveyor belt, as if going through a car-wash.

Not worth the price. Girl was in a hurry (even for a fancy pedicure!) and resulta are not very good. Specially in the hands where I don't use polish...
$70 under the cats tail, plus tip! :(

I have just returned from an unfortunate experience here. I came in asking for a pedicure. I haven't had one in a while so I was taken aback that they asked $35- for a basic one. They then rushed me to a woman who worked on me. She did a great job. But when it was time to pay, I was told I got the Sea Salt one, which is $20.00 more So that is $57.00 including tax but of course, not tip. A very pricey pedicure. I told them I only asked for a basic one. I was then told by the manager that I was supposed to pay at least half the difference or else the girl who worked on me would! Isn't that illegal? I paid it but let them know they lost a customer for good. I now wonder where I can report that practice. Completely unethical and very upsetting! Do not give them your business.
