I'm never disappointed when I come here! I absolutely love getting the color changing polish. I've been helped by 3 of their employees and never had they nicked or made me bleed. If I mess up the nails before leaving they were always plesent to fix. They do appointments, which would be better to do so you don't wait long. But I always do a walk in and wait maybe an hourn when they're full. Right now we are required to wear a mask.

This place is the best. The staff is wonderful. David always does and excellent job on my nails.

I waited for over an hour, and then in the middle of her doing my nails she takes her lunch break. She didn’t do anything I said I wanted for my nails and left me with cuts on my fingers, yelled at me, and charged way more than she should have. I have been getting my nails done for years and at other places they were never this rude with such bad service.

I went to get a pedicure and the woman said I couldn’t get a pedicure because I was too big for the chair. I fit perfectly in the chair. They were busy and just didn’t want to do the pedicure. Very terrible customer service.
