Kelly was great, took her time and did a great job on my pedicure. The guy that did my manicure was in such a hurry , there was absolutely no clean up after acrylic was placed and nails shaped. Will not be coming again!

We had An appt for 10 people at 11 am, we did not get seated until 12:15 for our pedicure. If you take appointments, you should have the seating to accommodate the party at the time of the appointment. Very disappointing

I’m not from here, and wanted to have some time for myself, I don’t know about other salons here in Texas ? But honestly don’t care after my experience!! Lol this is the GREATEST nail salon I have EVER been too!!!! Professional! Clean! EXTREMELY nice!! THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK YOU to Kaithlyn & Lily you ladies are absolutely amazing in every way! ❤️ Outstanding service!!! and amazing at what they do!! ✨ the only thing I wish they would get are draw curtains to close off the sides to truly have a “to myself , relaxing moment” with no one in my face other than that this place is One of a kind💎

I came when they first opened and decided I should give them another chance because they were new. Came back again and my nails were breaking and chipping within a week. I decided to not go back.
I have since gone back three different times with friends, because this is where they go. Same experience the next several times. Well today, today topped it off. And now I'm leaving a review as my friend said I should. I will never be back.
Today, not only were they 30 minutes behind our appointment time, but the lady doing my feet did not do the massage, foot scrubs or foot buffing. My three girlfriends, that got the same type of pedicure, all got them. Even if my feet were gross, it's what I paid for. But my feet are pretty dang smooth and in good shape.
And the lady doing my nails didn't start until an hour after my set appointment. And then just hurt me. Over and over again. I kept telling her "you are ripping off my skin with the glue" and she would say "I have to do that if you want it off". Well, I've had my nails done a 100 times and they have NEVER ripped my skin off with super glue when having to add tips to my broken nails. The underneath of my nails looked like I had dug in dirt and wet concrete. There was caked stuff under them. I asked her to remove it and the excess glue from off my WHOLE finger (how it got there I'll never know) and she left it worse looking and feeling than when she started.
My girlfriend said I needed to say something to a manager. She didn't even finish my nails properly at all. So I said something. She said sorry and that she would take off 20% from my fingers. My friend was like "no, that's not enough. Look at her nails. And she's in pain. She's missing skin." The owner said "it's out of my hands it's the best I can do". It was $8 off for such terrible service. And then for the owner to do that, it made it even worse.
Diamond Nail, I'm sorry I've gone anywhere else. Tommy and Becky are the best. I've only gone other places to go with friends that asked me to join them. But not again.
