I came in for a manicure and a polish change on my toes. Manicure was $15 as priced, and a normal pedicure is apparently $33. They charged me $20 for a polish change on my toes, not even a full pedicure. This is absolutely absurd as NO work was done on my feet. What polish change has ever been more than a manicure? My nail tech was great, but the salon itself was horrible by management. I will never be back here.

Writing this mainly because I'm shocked how long my gel manicure has lasted so far. I went on a whim before a wedding over 3 weeks ago and my nails are still in perfect shape. They've grown out so much I've had to do some nail art to cover up the growth but the original gel is not chipped or cracked and it's not even coming up at the base where it normally starts catching my hair. Will definitely return for a gel again!

I love Iris Nails! This is my favorite place in NYC to get my nails done. I usually just get a shellack manicure (no nail art or anything like that), but it's always a positive experience. Atmosphere is very relaxing, there is plenty of room inside, the staff is kind and they do a great job. They're gentle on your nails, and they listen to what you want. The other day, I accidentally left all my rings there and when I came back over an hour later, they had them placed securely in a locked drawer waiting for me. I was so relieved! Highly recommend this place for nails.

I have been going to Iris Nails for 3 years religiously for the premium service. You can't top it. The place is sooo zen, from the ambiance to the vibe, women are patient and do an impeccable job, manicures and pedicures last the longest I have ever experienced, and the massages are to-die-for! They are all actually trained in massage and know what they are doing, they don't just slop some lotion on your back and spread it around. They have done a better job than most professional spas I have been to. Highly recommend. And you will willingly want to give a good tip after you experience the service and how sweet the women are!!
