I have been making appointments With A
Snow one week prior for 4:30 for the past 4 months for a three week appointment to get a gel acrylic fill. Last week I was told by the man that Snow only had 4 or 5 pm appointments for today. I scheduled the 5pm because I don’t leave work until 4pm. Today at 4:30pm while on my way there, I received a phone call from the man telling me that my appointment was for 4pm not 5. He argued with me and insisted that he told me Snow only had the 4pm open. I know the options I was given because I immediately put the appointment in my phone calendar. I would not have taken a 4 appointment due to the fact that I don’t get off work till 4. He was so rude and disrespectful. Instead of trying to correct the mishap, he chose to argue with me. I chose to end the conversation and never return to their establishment again. I don’t think he cares if I never returned. Wonder how long they will remain in business with that type of unprofessional behavior? I was a loyal customer and did not deserve that type of treatment. I’m at the nail place around the corner by Giant Eagle. They are very nice and professional. Lovely Nails did me a favor I never would have discovered the better treatment.
