I tried to let the gal know what shape I wanted 5x, since she kept interrupting me and starting conversations with her coworkers which was very rude. Finally, I had to take the nail file and show her, even though they have a picture of the nail forms. The lady was very rude and huffed and puffed when I picked a nail color, washed my hands, anything that was basic procedure. And if they are busy, it’s best to leave, because they do a horrible job, won’t even massage your hands or do your nails well!! Not to mention, I had to wait here for 3 hours just to get a manicure one time. Won’t be coming back.

Lucy and Cathy took exceptional care of my sister and myself. For me it was the best pedicure I have had in Vancouver. Loved the hot rock massage and essential oils. Cathy did great waxing my face also. The ladies here prefer appointments but the one on one attention is worth it.

employees are beyond friendly and attentive! its a super positive environment, and everyone is patient and eager to please
