I was a frequent customer, but stopped going because I did not want to do a gel manicure and kept getting tired of the owner asking me why I dont want one... first, the prices are ridiculous. I have seen a gel manicure on a girl I know in the area and after a week, her nails were chipping. It's not worth the prices. Second, my last experience there was not the best. I was going there consistently for a good 5 months. Before my last visit, I explained to the owner if I could get a free design rather than a manicure (they give you a check for every visit on a card. After x amount of visits you get a free design or fee manicure.) She told me yes no problem. I went the next time and the owner was not there. I explained to the girl in replace of the owner what was discussed and what i had wanted. She pretty much gave me an attitude and seemed as if I was trying to get over on them.. even the woman who was doing my nails for months made me feel like that! The design I wanted was also done very messy. When I would correct her I saw she got very annoyed with me.. and that was my last time going back. I also think $20 for a basic pedicure is too much...but if you have it then go for it...
2 stars for the owner being nice, despite the constant nagging of why I don't get gel. The salon is very clean and they are very big on the cleanliness of the tools they use on the nails.

This is the only place I've tried that does such a great job, that after over a week, my nails still look like they were done yesterday. The ladies did a thorough and clean job. The owner is very friendly and greeted me warmly when I walked in. Good price too.

I've been to VIA a few times now and I'm happy with the their quality of work as well as the amount of nail polishes they have to choose from. What I didn't like was that I had to wait 20 minutes OVER my scheduled appointment time to get my nails done. What's the point of making an appointment, which they ABSOLUTELY prefer, rather than just walking in. My time is VERY valuable and it really would have been a WONDERFUL gesture to at least throw in a free 10 minute foot massage, just sayin '. They offer a lot of services and I'm still trying to decide on whether or not I'll go back again.

This place was exactly what I wanted! Just somewhere where they take their time and do a good job! I got Jin and he did great 👍🏼 My first time doing gel manicure and Caycee was very informative in the products they use. Will definitely be coming back ^-^

If you're looking for a beautiful, clean, customer service driven nail salon then Via Nail Studio is your place! absolutely love everything about my experience here from the minute I walked thru the door! So cute, friendly and did I mention CLEAN! Hands down best pedicure and my nails are stunning! Caycee and her staff are wonderful!
