I only give one star because it is required to post.
I had a HORRIBLE experience here. First I had a picture of what I wanted. The man doing my nails asked if i wanted them rounded or square. I stated "SQUARE" He began to file the sides of my nails forming a point. He cut his finger and was bleeding. I asked him to stop and wash his hands so the blood did not touch my skin. He pulled my hand and continued smudging his blood on my finger, I reiterated that I wanted him to stop and clean off his hand or give me to someone else. Then handed me off to another woman who wiped the blood off with Lysol wipe and began to add acrylic. The acrylic was different thickness and each nail was different. Some longer and very crooked. I asked them to just stop and offered to pay for what they had done and would go somewhere else. The lady was so rude. Another seeing I was upset came to help correct the problem. At this point the damage was done.
Not a clean place, not hygienic at all. Horrible customer service. I was charged $45. My nails looked awful and I was completely disgusted by the unprofessional-ism. The cut from the nail tech and his blood on my skin was enough to say... NEVER GO THERE! Maybe to try Angel near by.

My no chip manicure (which was more expensive than a regular manicure) was supposed to last for at least 2 weeks without chipping. However, my nails began to chip after 3 days. When I went back to get my chipped nails fixed, the nail tech acted as if he were the one being inconvenienced, and was not apologetic at all. My nails started chipping again in another 4 days.

1st and last time coming here. My nails are uneven, my nail tech didn't speak one word to me. For $40 you could at least ask me how I'm doing

Love Avenue! They give you a lot for your money (full treatment, nice little massage, etc)
