I was the very first customer when they opened. I needed a pedicure, manicure & my eyebrows waxed. A “regular” customer came in, without an appointment, while I was having my pedicure and completely jumped in front of me. I was told to come back at 11:00 (2 hours later) if I wanted a manicure. She said they were “very busy”—-walk ins & new customers are definitely not a priority. I won’t be back!

My experience here is usually wonderful, but twice now have I had my skin cut and the underneath of the nail tip become raw when the filing process starts. This is always by the same employee. Even after pointing out problems they brushed them aside and continued to mess up my nails. That being said I left and will not be returning.

I was seen right at my appointment time I didn't have to wait over even though they were busy. They did a beautiful job and did it quickly too. The nail technician Thuyen was very polite and accommodating helping me to move my things for me before my nails were dry. This will now be my regular nail place.

I sat for 20-30 minutes patiently. Two ladies came in and were taken straight to chairs.I felt discriminated against. My money spends as well as anyone's and if I have to go across town for equality I will.

Tried US Nails since a friend recommended. Excited to be leaving for the beach tomorrow, I asked for a pedicure. I was the ONLY person receiving a pedicure, and the lady kept talking about being busy. She rushed thru it, didn't remove the dead skin or calluses, although going through motions, rushed thru my old polish remover, and rushed me out of the chair. Not to mention no chair massage. After arriving home (and buying a ped egg to do it myself), I see old polish still in the corner of my big toe nail, along with all the dry skin. Do not recommend and wish I could give zero stars. I want to upload the disgusting picture but don't see a way to do that. I guess I will have my feet done properly AFTER I'm at the beach. What a waste of time and money.
