The lash extension work was poor. The girls hands were shaky and the quality of the lash was cheap. My eyes look like claws were stuck on them or as if I paid $15usd in Vietnam to get these done but they charged me $120USD here. And still I politely tipped another $15.. but when I brought it up with the owner after, since I wanted them off - she gave me the worst attitude and claimed they were the ones who started lash extensions and are the best ... don't trust them.

It was the worst spa experience. The male techinician that did my nails used the same dirty towel from previous clients. There were clipped nails tips and shreddings from filing from previous customers - it grossed me out. Then techinian for my pedicure tells me I can only do a regular pedicure because her regular customer coming at 4:30 p.m. so she finished my entire pedicure in 30 minutes. Then a little girl with dread locks kept running around, because het mother with dread locks work there. While doing my nails, another techinian came and started eating her bento. It was not the spa experience I was hoping for. So disappointing.

Nice people. Got SNS done with tip and as I'm from Australia it costs around $40-50AUD usually and they said it cost $45 and $15 for tip (USD) and I was fine with that of course and then $7 for removal of my old ones which once again was fine, then at the end all of a sudden was charged an extra $7 for getting coffin shape? Didn't argue but wasn't happy with the result either, crooked nails and really really thick. Not worth it for $74USD.

Nails were ok. Friendly service. But lashes were overpriced and completely not professional based on having to pay $120 also most importantly it did not look natural - which is what I selected. My first time getting lashes and wish I never did.
