Agree, this used to be our go-to spot too, now we have to look for another. Very disappointed, especially with their customer service. I had to ask for hand lotion.

I wouldnt recommend going here if you want a GOOD gel manicure. Needed a gel manicure desperately so went here based on the 4.5 star rating. I told the girl just to shape my nails... She filed them down 😡. I dont know what they do to their gel polish but my nails DO NOT feel stronger, but soft and like their wet! 😡😡. No hand and arm massage! What gives! She just put lotion on my hands and that was it! 😡😡😡 Then when i looked at my now short nails, there were a bunch of rough edges left and I had to file and smooth one our it was so lopsided! 😡😡😡😡. Do my nails look better? Yes, she did a good job on the cuticles. And it had been three weeks since my last, and the old polish was falling off so almost anything would look better than how they looked before. Never going back and thought I'd warn anyone who is excited to get a gel manicure cheaper than most places. You get what you pay for! 😡😡😡😡😡
