If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I went in for a gel French manicure, and my technician did not understand much English. When he did my French at first, it was too thin. Then he went to the other extreme and made it way too thick. I asked him to take some of the white off because it was too much. The lady that ran the place got smart with me and told me they could just take the gel off and not do it at all. She was going to charge me $20 just for the manicure, even though the sign said $15. This is the absolute worst nail spa I have ever been to. The lady is rude and doesn't know how to run a business. I'm the one paying for the service. It has been one day, and the French is already chipped. Save your money and go to Smarter Nails next to Publix on 150.
