Not happy with the customer service I received today. I walked in and informed one of four (??) people sitting at the desk that I needed an eyebrow waxing and was told to wait in the wax room.
I sit down and the worker was just finishing up a customer. After the customer leaves, the worker starts cleaning up and another worker comes in and starts working on another lady. The two workers proceed to chat with one another.
All this occurs without me even getting a greeting or acknowledgment. The worker doesn't even seem to realize I'm waiting. I simply got up and left. This was my go to place and now I have to find a new one. Not impressed.

I've been going to this salon for over 10 years and they just keep getting better and better. I used to go to Nancy but her attitude is not the best. I highly recommend Lam, she's experienced, fast and has a wonderful attitude. Also, she doesn't make unnecessary conversations which I appreciate as I like to just relax and enjoy my time quietly.

I am literally still sitting in the chair finishing up my pedicure with Beth (in case there is more than one, this one wears glasses). It is packed in here. Some of the techs are rushing with people's services but this pedicure with Beth is an experience. She hasn't said much but she keeps smiling (I like to read and don't really want to converse). But the massage she gave my legs almost put me to sleep. The fact that I haven't cringed in pain yet is amazing to me because usually pedicures hurt me a little. Not with Beth. This is awesome. I'm kind of sad knowing it's about to end. Lol. Come here and get a pedicure with Beth. It was amazing.

I had gone there earlier with my mother. Spending over $200 for my nail to break shortly after with no effort. I went back a few hours later when i had time and explained the incident to a few workers and they sat me down, placing 5 people that walked in after me, before me. And not saying a word to me when all i asked was for the one nail fixed. I tried to get one lady’s attention and she looked at me then walked away. At which point i then left. They are normal helpful but the past few visits the employees have been ruder than usual

From the time you walk in until the time you leave, pampering happens. All the technicians are amazing and the customer service is top notch. I love this place, after 9 other salons, I am content with this nail salon and won’t go anywhere else.
