I can see this nail salon has gotten a lot of negative press but after years, it remains my favorite. They take reservations and stick to them. This is important. The parking is free. They are fast and most important painless! Their people are experienced. I do not mind paying a little more. They are easy and worth it.

Horrible. I have personally been there 10-12 times. Each time a huge wait, even with an appointment. Nothing but excuses. Prior to my own bad experiences, I had referred 3 friends. All had the same bad experience.

I wish I would have read the reviews before going. I've never had such a bad gel manicure in my life. I had only a few hours off for the next few weeks to get my nails done and I end up with a terrible job that I would have rather cut my nails and just let them be natural. It's worth the drive to go to nails to adore instead! The best part about the overly expensive, terrible quality, time waste was the amazing receptionist. She was sweet and kind and went out of her way.

Poor customer service and overpriced for the quality. I had an appointment for 3 people and when we arrived on time there were zero open chairs and we had to wait 15 minutes to get started. Then I requested the deluxe package which states they use fresh fruit and an herbal blend in the soak and scrub but they just dropped a blue tab in the water. I pointed out the description on the brochure but she had no idea what it was talking about. I don't mind paying $75 for a gel mani/pedi but it needs to be high quality with high quality ingredients. Also the owner is terrible, he is rude and clueless regarding customer service and quality. Go anywhere else but here!
