I just moved to the Kissimmee side of Orlando and was looking for a nice genuine nail salon. I came to this one last week to get my SNS dip poetry changed and the nail tech Kevin (who was extremely nice & professional) explained to me they won’t have dip until September. Since I was already here and Kevin was so nice I thought why not get a pedicure. Kevin did an amazing job. While doing my pedicure he talked me into getting gel. I explained to him that the gel always peels on my nails and never lasts. He said he promises it will last for 3 weeks. I figured since he was nice I would give it a chance. He also said if it starts peeiling to come back and he would fix it. Well it’s been a week and they are peeling. I went in to the nail salon today and was made highly uncomfortable when I came in and asked for Kevin and was asked to explain my situation in front of everyone and then they asked me who is Kevin? Where does he sit? Then I said pointed to where he sat and they said oh! Kevin! He not here today 😑. Ok. So who is going to fix my nails. The nail tech that Rudely said she would fix it said go sit over there and directed me to her chair. I tried to explain to her the unsatisfaction of my nails and explain the shape was off and it’s peeling and they need to be fixed/redone. Possibly with a different color (which I would have been fine paying a few bucks for that) because when he did them white, he used the French white and it kinda looks like whiteout on my nails. She immediately started the drill and said you should get acrylic so it doesn’t peel. I had to tell her twice I don’t put acrylic on my nails. she then said it’ll be $5 to take off to fix. I was like no? You guys messed up, Kevin said he would fix it for me. I’m not paying that. She got an attitude so I left. And I still have these ugly whiteout looking gel nails that are peeling that I paid for not even a week ago, hoping they would keep their word. It’s so sad that they don’t have any Value for loyalty and potential reacurring customers. They don’t care. Had they taken care of this, I would have came back and got gel until they got SNS in September, since Kevin was so nice and I live 5 minutes from this salon. But I am currently on the way to another salon so I can spend more money and pay them to fix what this salon messed up and promised to fix. Such bad business. And such a shame for the locals who would have came back, helping their business.

In town for a few days and need some works on my mani & pedi. Walked in without appointment with my friend that lived locally and was greeted immediately. Cindy & Linda was nice with small chats and were so detailed oriented and at the end I was extremely satisfied with the results. I will definitely come back next time in town. Highly recommended!

I went here on Saturday 11/25/17 and I am disappointed. One of the guys did my manicure and pedicure and he was RUSHING. I got a gel manicure and it’s horrble. It’s patchy and he didn’t ever bother to clean up the edges. They are closed today so I’m going to go back on Monday and see if they will redo them or refund me. I’m so upset.

I LOVE coming here. The pedicures and massage chairs are bomb. They take very good care of you. My nail tech Linda did an amazing job. I've become a regular. Even though its a hike 4 me its well worth the drive. Niki my favorite is always on point. I actually found her on IG - Instagram.
