I went and got a short full set with gel nail and my foundation is bumpy and it’s nail polish over my finger and the man that sit in the front that wears glasses POPPED my hand and twisted it multiple times and the lady over the store when i told her just said “okay whatever “ i went back up thto re with my mom and they said “NO REFUND “ but offered to give me 3 dollars back ...then the last proceeded to tell her client about me like i wasn’t right there ..HOW UNPROFESSIONAL ?? They are dirty also !! The man had so ripped up gloves they weren’t even clean. I’m verrry upset because they didn’t even try to correct their services !! Do not go to SUN NAILS ON TOBACCO RD BY DOMINOS‼️‼️

I'm going to give this trashy place one star as placeholder to represent my disgust. I went here the other night with my sister to get two full sets. We arrived about an hour before they were posted to close, but from the time we walked in they acted completely annoyed. There was a male and a female working at the time that my sister and I walked in.
I was looking over the colors trying to decide what I wanted and the female employee glared at me and said "You need to hurry! We close." I snapped my head at her but shrugged the comment off and picked my color. I asked if she had a matte top coat and she slammed the bottle down against the counter and said "Three Dollar Extra. Then you leave." So safe to say I was really angry. I snatched it and went and sat down.
The male was doing my nails and I have a hand disease where my hands stay clammy. He grabbed my hands and said "Gross." He grabbed two paper towels and tightly rubber banded them to my hands. ( It hurt but when I told him this he ignored me and rolled his eyes )
I was disgusted but decided to push my way through it. He aggressively would slap my hand and shove it down on the table if I didn't move it properly. My boyfriend was on edge and almost went off and this rude sob many times. I showed him a picture of how I wanted my nails done and he COMPLETELY ignored me. He didn't even do them remotely the same and he cut me multiple times. When we were done he shoved my hands away and walked off. As I was sitting with my sister getting my nails dried under the lights he walked by and slapped the table really hard making us both jump.
My sister was very upset. Her nails were a hack job and mine were not even completely painted. My sister told the woman that her nails were chipped and the woman said "no leave you fine, you fine, you go now" Safe to say I will never go back. This place should be shut down and the owner and employees should be disgusted with themselves.
It is now four days later and my nail polish is coming off and my nails are broken into bits in places. I will be telling everyone I know DO NOT GO TO SUN NAILS IN HEPHZIBAH because they are awful. No wonder they aren't crowded.

Terrible service ! Over priced and will try to overcharge you for your service ! Record them when they tell you the price of their service before you even get services done if you decide to go. They are ignorant and lazy . He messed up one of my nails and took the nail off but not the acrylic that was on my nails and tried to put a new nail on there. He was rough after i told him the nails he did over didn’t look the same shape as the other ones. On top of that i was in there for 3 hours for a fill in and a pedicure and they were not busy ! Save your money go somewhere else

Awful service I’m never going back to this place. Terrible service and my nails looks trashy. The nail polish it was coming off 2 days after I got it done and she was rough. Never again

The owner is disrespectful.
They do not disinfect foot basin between pedicures.
If you desire to waste your money or poor service.
That is the place to go
