A hidden gem. I’m very particular about where I get me nails done. After moving to Nashville I chose them based on reviews and was more than impressed. Not only do they do an excellent job, but they are so friendly. Make an appointment. You will not be disappointed.

The new owner, Steven has done my nails for at least ten years. His work is excellent. I like that they take appointments and are on time. My nails always look great and have lots of options for up to date looks!

I have been generally satisfied with the service I’ve received here, but, after three separate attempts to have an appointment I’ve made be honored, I will not be back & cannot recommend this business to anyone. The Spa’s voicemail offers a number to text for appointments, so I used that & received confirmation that I would be seen at 1:30. When I arrived, the staff said the appointment was actually at 2:00, but begrudgingly took me “early” & then rushed through the services. The next time I decided that the text method wasn’t great, so called to make an appointment. I was given a time and arrived a few minutes early. This time, I wasn’t noted on the schedule at all; so was squeezed in between established appointments &, again, had a rushed appointment. My final visit, this morning, I called the day ahead for an appointment at 10:00 a.m. I arrived a few minutes early, and, despite some apparent confusion about the spelling of my name, was seated at a table. After waiting for about 10 minutes, an employee came to me with the appointment book & asked me to point out my name. I didn’t see it listed, & said I would come back later if they didn’t have time then. He said that, yes, I should leave, & did not offer another appointment during the day. I’d like to note that each time I make an appointment, I give my telephone number, yet numbers do not appear to be listed in the book, so I question whether those who answer the phone are actually noting the appointments they are giving out. Do not waste your time trying to get service from this business.

Called ahead and asked for four pedicures and we were seated as soon as we walked in. Very welcoming and friendly staff! Technicians did a fabulous job, the leg and foot massage was the best! Highly recommend!!! Steven and Mason thank you for a positive experience!!!

I was in Nashville for my honeymoon July 11-15 & decided to get my nails done. Came out to be $65 which is way to much. I’ve never paid over $45. Within 2 days Nails were falling off. Now I’m having to get them redone. Never had this issue. The nail tech was rushing to get mine done while he was doing another girls set & taking time on hers.
