Worst 16 minute pedicure of my life. The man chopped my mom's nails so short the skin is pink, and he then did a whack paint job on top of that, nail polish on her toes and not across the whole nail. The woman doing my toes was so concerned with my mom's toes that she was either stabbing me or setting the hot stone on just one part of my foot. At the end, even after complaints, we were charged full price.

That was my very bad experience they are so mean especially the manager he is so mean . And nail polish quality is very cheap. Please never spend your money in this place.

I needed to get a nail fixed so I went there and they rushed through it! They didn't file the acrylic down or shape the nail. All while tearing my cuticle.

Nicely decorated nail salon in Tri-Cities. Customer services were superb. Very nice and passionate nails technicians. Free complementary drinks with your services, first time I ever see a nail salon that offers beverage with your services. Also, they have very special spa package depends upon season (e.g. milk honey, chocolate, pomegranate, peppermint stick). I had a milk and honey spa, and I loved it. This is my to go nail salon in Tri-Cities. Oh, I forgot to mention, the place is amazing clean, all their tools are sterilized in a hospital graded sterilizing bag/pouche. Highly recommended.
