DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! It has been almost 3 months since we ordered cabinets from here. Paid in FULL and no product! The owner does not return any calls and has not provided us with any sort of update! We have even contacted the manufacturer of the cabinets and they told us that they were ready a long long time ago! The manufacturer has also contacted the owner of this store (Mark) several times to complete the order for the cabinets... but my guess is that he used our money for other purposes and cannot afford to pay the remaining balance for our cabinets that are sitting at the warehouse collecting dust!! an absolute scam! avoid at all costs!

We are a business located in Northeast Philly off of grant and Roosevelt and bought cabinetry from bliss design studio for an investment property and all I can say is that I can't be happier with the experience that I had working with this company. I was surprised to see some bad reviews at first and had doubts working with this company but out on the street and in With certain investors I only heard good about this company and everyone I know has had ZERO ISSUES working with them. I would definitely recommend buying from bliss design studio.

Purchased Antique White cabinets with countertop. All went well, really like that cabinets are all wood. Delivery wasn't inside the house that's why I'm giving 4 stars, had to have my contractor bring it in, I was told that this would be curbside. Also purchased vanity top, they saved me good mount so the small stuff really wasn't important for me.

I tried to give this company the benefit of the doubt despite all the other negative reviews, but my experience so far with this company has been a total nightmare. I paid in full (cash) for the cabinets six weeks ago and have received NOTHING. I was promised my cabinets within three weeks. I've been in contact with the manufacturer and have been told that the cabinets were ready but Bliss Design has not made any payment, therefore they can't be released. Bliss Design basically pocketed my money. It took me weeks to get in touch with the owner since no one in the office could give me a straight answer regarding my cabinets. When I finally reached him he told me he had more important things to do than to follow up with my order. As previously done for other customers, I'm sure the owner will reply to this review with lies and lame excuses. So, I've posted pictures of my receipt and email from the manufacturer in order to remain frank and transparent to the readers of google. Please trust the reviews and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANT. THEY ARE A SCAM!!!

The owner's response is completely misleading. If he was truly so understanding and helpful, then things wouldn't escalate and I wouldn't be on here writing a negative review about doing business with him. He just took time to write a 234 word answer to my review but he can't return my calls, texts nor set a delivery time. I'm not the only customer who's been scammed by this company, just read the review from A Royik, and Ashley Figueroa... He just continues to steal customers money, and you might be next... Don't be naive like I was!...Don't disregard those negative reviews and give your money to Bliss Design!... And for you, Mr.Alex, I'll see you in court, Sir!

As of 6/28/17 still no cabinets. The owner is holding to my cabinets and my money. I need to finish renovation so I can sell the house to take care of my wife who has cancer... The owner doesn't care, he doesn't answer his phone., when he answers he refuses to resolve this matter... You've been warned!...Do not do business with this company!
Mr.Alex, Bliss Design, please give me my cabinets or money back...My wife's life depends on it!

I was finally able to get my cabinets from Bliss Design...Owner threatened to keep my cabinets hostage and charge me storage fee until I delete my review from Google...Owner was very belligerent, disrespectful, and threatening.
Stay away from this company!!!... Owner told me that he's going out of business and filling for bankruptcy, so he doesn't care about lawsuit against him.
Only positive review from this company seems to be from friends and family members...Gloss Craft and Mario provided Bliss Design with a 5 star review; Bliss Design did the same for Gloss Craft and Mario...The same day!!!... Seems like Quid Pro Quo!... Very bad characters!!!
Mr. Alex, please don't post pictures of me nor my helpers without our consent...Please show some respect and appreciation to your customers!

I am sooo happy with the finish product and the cabinets look great. Great price and amazing quality! Our cabinets arrived months after the planned delivery date and we had to manage without an entire kitchen for 2 months because we took out the old sink, cabinets, countertops etc. Sooooo.......if your project is time sensitive then this is not the company for you. Just being honest.😁
