I went here because I heard from several people that they do amazing nails. I went in and unfortunately did not get the results I was expecting. The front desk lady was extremely nice and helpful, but the lady that did my nails was not. She first did not do any prep on my nails before gluing the tips on…which I have never experienced before. I moved on from that and let her continue and after gluing on the nails (which were not fully glued on) she began shaping them and that went well. I quickly noticed that the nail on my thumb was very crooked so I politely asked to get it fixed and she said “no, during filing”. I was shocked by that answer, but didn’t want to be a bother so I blew it off and let her continue, hoping for the best. She burned my skin multiple times with the file and also cut my finger. The thing that disappointed me the most was when she left my fingers extremely messy with the dip powder at the end. She had me wash my hands and I did that with soap, but the powder did not come off. She let me walk away with blue all over my fingers. I got so frustrated that I was paying money for messy nails and a nail technician that wouldn’t listen to me. I eventually asked the front desk lady to clean up my fingers with some acetone and she was extremely nice about it and helped me out, which is why i’m giving this review two stars.

This was my first time going into mademoiselles, my wife has used them before and raved about them. Close to my house easy sign in process. My girl was Vivian showed her a pic of what I wanted great job. Kim helped her on the french design but amazing pedicure. Definitely go back and use Vivian again. A little pricey from my last place but still amazing.

I was running late to my appointments for my best friend and i and they were very accommodating. Both of our nails came out wonderfully. Very professional and nice people working there. Will be back!

Kim did a wonderful job! She was efficient and my nails are beautiful! Will definitely be requesting services with her again!

I visited for the first time today and I had a great experience!! My nails turned out amazing, I will definitely be coming back!
