I have to start off by giving them a four because I came in for a fill, trying a new place after my usual place overcharged and didn't listen to instructions. I don't know if it's the season or what, but please don't rush because things get halfway done like my fill did. I got the fill on the 21st and on the 21st promptly lost the middle finger nail on my right hand. I wasn't doing anything strenuous. I was lifting my laptop bag from the floor. The bag With laptop in it weighs less than my kitten whose just over 10lbs. Needless to say I was furious. What was worse, it was way past closing time. To make matters even more annoying I am a chronic illness warrior and I'm in the midst of a flare, thanks to the Bipolar weather. So I couldn't make it back to the nail salon till the 23rd. What I can say, is that the fixed the nail free of charge, checked the other nails and sealed them just in case 😉. I did have to wait quite a bit of time for my nail tech, but it was well worth it, Thank you.

Same thing as the previous lady reviewed. Same exact issue. They didn't even care to look at the wait list and just took two ladies who were in sight. We were definitely waiting way longer than the ladies who were taken back. We will not be returning. Congratulations on losing 6 customers in 5 minutes from twi different groups.

Honestly is was early in the A.M it was freezing inside Kelly D Nails & Spa it seemed so dark inside not as welcoming at the stunning photos. It is gorgeous inside but seems dirty and unorganized. I don’t think they keep up with the latest trends it seems more like basic nail sets. Overall my Mom & I had a good service and were happy with the end result. I personally would like a more lovely location tbh.

I never leave reviews but this time I am. This is such a terrible place!! I went in, I was sat right away which was amazing. Once she started I kept getting bit by mosquitos !! I kept asking her if they can close there door or spray some alcohol. She did not listen!! In the middle of my pedicure a misquote landed on my foot and she smacked me so hard to kill the mosquitoe!! A few minutes later a BEE came in 🤦🏻♀️ I wish I was making this up. FINALLY she sprayed some alcohol. She continued with my pedicure but failed to turn on the water or do any of the services you’re suppose to receive when you get pedicures. Not once did I touch any water there it was very much unsanitary. Not to mention the horrible job done on my toes on top of that. Once she was “done” she continued with my nails and even then your suppose to wash your hands but not once did she allow me and when she applied cubical oil all over my hands she wiped it away with a dirty old
rag. When it came down to paying it was so over priced for such terrible work and lack of service and they still had the nerve to ask for a tip. I payed and didn’t make a fuss but I will not be returning here ever again. It might look super nice but the lack of customer service and cleanliness is major!

The owner is super rude. Doesn’t care about the customers. I waited over 40min for her to attend other first that had arrived before me. I decided to leave because that shows how much she pays attention to her business. Will never come back her again. She needs to change her attitude.
