My husband was so kind to get me a gift card to this place. I had never been here, so this was my first time. I walked in around 5 pm. I was a walk in, they said 30 min wait. I told them I would do across the parking lot to get a boba while I waited. They said that was okay, that they would text me if I was not there when my turn was next.. I got back and was not seeing until 615-620pm.. what!!! I almost walked out, but I really wanted to get my nails done for my birthday, and I had that gift card...
Amy did my nails. She was very kind and patient. She made the designs to the best she could. She even helped me pick the colors.. she is the only reason I have it a 4 star.. total cost was $80 for everything.. full set, gel, with design.. I'm very happy with my nails.. I left that place until 745pm.. :( very late..

Only gave two stars because it was clean and the leg masage was good. I got a full set of nails. Wrote down acrylic set and got builder gel because the lady was confused. How I don't know. The set was lumpy with no apex or uniform shape. She didn't push back cuticles or do proper nail prep at all. I got a file cut on two fingers. Builder gel lifted at corners of tips on day 2, day 3 a corner of the builder gel cracked off from the tip. Day 5 nails began to lift at cuticles, and all nails were separated from the nail extension at the tips. Polish began to peel off at tips of 3 nails. Mind you, the nail is short to mid length square shape. Nothing long and exciting like so many do now. Pedicure was good but she did cut the tip of my middle toe somehow. Polish on toes is still on and looks good. Would not recommend this place for a full set of nails. I have now began to file it off and fix the nails at home myself. Not worth the 85 I spent. Never again. Last photo is my left hand I did at home to fix it.

My sister and I have been on an adventure to find the best nail shop on the area. We get the dip powder (gel x) and pedicure. We didn’t love polish they initially used for our pedicure, so the next time we opted for OPI.
They offer a beverage while you get a service with refills which is a plus.
They have a service change if you use your card, so I’d say cash is best. In addition, you can’t tip if you use a card either. It’s a small inconvenience for good service.

I recently switched to this salon and I’m so happy I did! The environment is so much more professional and clean and updated than my last salon. And all the ladies that have done my nails have been amazing!!

Renaissance Spa at Rancho Cucamonga is the best nails spa where you will be satisfied and happy with their excellent and great service. The staff are friendly, the spa is clean, and the ambiance is relaxing. I highly recommend.👌 😊
