I lived there for 3 years . Termites are so bad during termite season. They tell you to turn off the lights . In the mean time I’m slapping my face at night to get them off me. It’s infested with them. Not to mention it took me calling the main office to have the leaks fixed. I finally had enough and moved out.

I've lived here for over a year and love it. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. It's a quiet area, some noise can be heard from your neighbors but not much. I would recommend it!

I lived there for a1 1/2 years and I loved it, the people there are wonderful I have no complaints at all.i would recommend Woodlake to my friends.

Staff was very helpful. My husband and I only had about 3 days to find an apartment, the staff worked fast to get us taken care of. Maintenance usually responds the next day, at the latest maybe two days. They are older apartments. Really like that there are washer and dryers in each apartment. The appliances (microwave, dishwasher etc) are older but they get the job done. They spray for bugs maybe every two months, Luckily I haven't found a lot of roaches, just every now and then I will find one. The pool is a basic pool. Overall I enjoyed living here, and did not have any big issues.
