I am a 50 year old , that has been in sales & marketing my whole life. This was absolutely the WORST business transaction I have ever seen or been a part of ever . These people lie through their teeth. They delivered a couch , that was not in the same condition as on the show room floor. Upon delivery it was covered in animal hair . They did not remedy it and I was simply told well it must have gotten on the couch from the delivery truck. It smelled like urine. The only time they actually showed up on time or at all was to steam clean the furniture after we told them about the smell. After a few days the smell returned. I tried to reach the manager and he was off for the day. Upon initial delivery they were 90 minutes late and we kept calling and they kept stalling. They said we were 1 of two stops from 2 - 4 . They showed up at 5:30. Then when I called for an explanation, I was told the driver had a " family" problem which caused the delay. . After the steam cleaning didn't help I was tired of being lied to and given a crappy piece of furniture and went to Aaron's instead ( which I know from past experience they are very reliable) I was offered a new couch only AFTER I told them I got one from somewhere else. Upon scheduling them to pick up the furniture. 3 different days they were a NO SHOW. It took up my entire dining room for 1 week b/c I already had another / better one. The day they finally came they were over an hour late again and the gentlemen at the store said the drivers have a hard time staying on task and that they were supposed to make me the first stop. I asked the Manager for a refund and was told " we only do refunds within 7 days , we are not refunding your money! " There is nothing on my contract stating they will do refunds only within 7 days , nor did they verbally state that ! The Manager said " there is a sign on the door" who knows if that is even true, as I never saw a sign nor at any point , verbally nor written was it brought to my attention. I am reaching out to their corporate to hope that they at least due the right thing. These people scammed me with crummy furniture upon delivery and lied and did not keep their word at ANY point of this nightmare!

absolute worst customer service i’ve ever dealt with. I never got any paperwork because of a “broken printer”. changed my biweekly payment to weekly without informing me and tried charging me a biweekly payment weekly. took going in there three times and they swore I was past due and was in the wrong until they checked the paperwork online and realized they were wrong COMPLETELY. talked rudely to me about my job, bad attitude, just all around terrible. Amanda, Alisha, and Damian are all terrible workers. refused to give me their names and cooperates number.

They where nice until they came and got the washer and dryer they took my clothes out of the washer and left them on the floor wet and water all over I won't go back I am going back to Aaron's at least they are nice and cheaper than you guys

my wife bought a hole house full of stuff six months ago never missed a payment an most of time paid extra at payment time she called them to let them no she will be late on a payment now take in mind we NEVER missed a payment or ask these ppl for a delayed payment told them we can pay them in one week and extra at that they said if u don't come pay it today we have to come get your stuff hahaha good look specially when we are paying for it anyway terrible service was talking down to my wife being very smart over the phone telephone tough guy they rather not work with you just want to come get it and on top of it all they are selling used furniture at full price didn't tell me my stuff was used until it was in my house smh what a dirty ass company
