Poor job on my nails. They weren't shaped even, as much as I brought it to her attention. She was very rough handling my fingers even after I told her I had arthritis on some. As I walked out one nail was already separating from the dip powder and I returned for her to fix it. She applied glue and I noticed bubbles on top of the nail polish on several nails. She said it was the fan. I said, fix it. Sanding my nails she cut my skin at the cuticle causing it to bleed. By then I was very upset. I got a coupon for $5.00 as if I'm returning.

The ABSOLUTE WORST nail experience in my travels of the USA or abroad!!!!! I will not even give this business one star. The nail tech got up and left me several times to answer her phone, and to chat with others. The WORST part was that two days after having gel polish put on ...it literally fell off. It didn't chip but rather all of the sudden I had no polish on my nail. The owner took 8 hours to respond to me and then blamed me for the action, when it was poor technique on the part of the technician. This is a RIP OFF and a place to avoid. If they are this blatantly careless, perhaps the health department should have an investigation!

Very busy place, but the service was excellent. The products used were long lasting and excellent quality. I got an extensive leg massage with my pedicure. I can't complain, except that I had no idea what anything cost until it was time to pay. I might have spent around $80 on full set, pedi, brows and tip.

My appt. was canceled without my being contacted. Nail tech was extremely rude. I was leaving on vacation the next day and was in a bind. I was told to come back in a half hour and when I did, she had taken a "walk in" and therefore could not take me. Possibly this technician was limited in many aspects, including English but I imagine I'm not the only one that something like this has happened to and I wouldn't subject myself to this again. Too many other salons that are better, cheaper, and much less rude.
