Not very friendly and some of the staff are pretty shady. They tried to charge me a different price for gel removal than what was on the posted price menu. When I asked about it, they got flustered and made an excuse that didnt make any sense. Also, one of the nail techs was eating a full McDonald's meal at one of the stations. Overall, avoid.

Everyone here is great. They don't do appointments first come first serve, that's the only downsize and it's small. I always leave a happy customer

I came during the holiday season while visiting. Doesn’t have the amenities I’m used to in Texas and Baltimore but I was satisfied with my nails (acrylic overlay) and pedicure ( a few rough spots on the heel remained). The staff was friendly. The color selection could be broadened. This was my first nail adventure in NYC.
